2011 Sour Apple Green Harley Davidson

It's a Merry Christmas Harley!

The Sour Apple Green 2011 Fatboy with black trim was raffled off with great celebration and a party was in full swing at T.J. Chumps, in downtown Miamisburg.

The Winner is Ms. Michelle Powers, of West Chester, Ohio. The winning ticket was sold by Dana Pant in October, at the Little River Cafe during the Oregonia Hill Climbs.

Festival of the Trees 2011

Festival of the Trees 2010The 2011 Festival of Trees Holiday Auction was held in downtown Miamisburg on Saturday, December 3!  We look forward to more good times next year. Nationally acclaimed auctioneer Doug Sorrell provided a lively auction of the trees and wreaths.

There were silent and live auctions for wreaths and gift baskets. Here's a  link to the photos page. Follow the link on the right to see photos of the event.

Monte Carlo Night proceeds benefit The Miamisburg Winter Guard.

UD Concessions

We volunteer our services to staff a concession stand during basketball games and other events at the UD Arena.  These events typically run from November through April. Contact Lesa Hunter at 291-2145 or 219-9353 to volunteer.

The Concession Stand Work Roster is updated frequently (about twice a week or more).

Requirements:
• Wear Khaki pants (Navy or Black also acceptable), NO JEANS OR SHORTS.
• A shirt with a collar and comfortable shoes (NO OPEN TOED SHOES).
• A baseball hat to wear (Only UD or USA logos, please).

Parking:
Enter through Gate D (this is the lot on the north side of Welcome Stadium).  Volunteers must park in the Northwest corner of Lot D and enter through the blue double doors on the Northwest corner of the building.  Security will check you in at this point.  We will be working in a refreshment stand underneath the stadium seating.

Replacements:
If you are not able to work your scheduled shift, please try to find someone to replace you.  We must supply our committed amount of 7 volunteers each game.  Any questions contact Lesa Hunter at 291-2145 or 219-9353.
